Hey COD, sorry I have not been in touch. Scooter and I took a long swim over to Nantucket and found some of "Bubbas" old buddies holed up. They were really surprised to see Scout and me just floating in. Uncle Joe, Uncle Buck, and 3 more bigger cods named Digger, Red, and Butch/ These were "the big boys" that Puffer had mentioned to "nosey" All of thre big guys were really jumpy last night.
Something is going on or I should say, is being planned to go on here, within the next week. "Cora" had told me and Scout both, that there are some bigger charter boats coming in, and the charter boat men are determined to catch some of the "big ones" this time around.
You had better call a special COD alert meeting for Wednesday. You know we all have to be prepared for an unslaught. We have to protect and hide the younger members of the family and fortify our turf and be ready when they come after us.
The big bad boys have said they have been going on fishing manuevers at night.
Trying to figure out the best way to protect and attack.
Am getting ready to go back out with Scout, and probably splish and splash to get more info. Splish and Splash can get pretty close to those charter boats as they are playful and none of the men around there pay much attention to them. That is how they can get close to the boats to hear what is going down.

"Nosey" sure kept me attentive listening to her "fishy" talk about you She is enamored with you and your "fin talking" She thinks you are the most shy but friendly cod whe has ever been around and you two seemed to hit it off right away.

Didn't you think "Cora" looked very good? "Puffer" really loves her. Weren't you amazed at how much weight "Uncle Joe" and "Uncle Buck" have gained since last year? When "uncle Joe" and I were talking privately, he mentioned he thought that "Potato" looked enough like him to be "kin" Never entered my mind about those possibilities, but, will be checking this out.
"Uncle Buck" was telling the other family members about some of his buddies coming here within the next few days. His buddies are "big and bad" is how he described them. Can't wait for them to arrive.

Wanted to mention I am glad that you decided to take down "Uncle Bubba's" pic and put one of your own up for everybody to see. This is your "home away from home" even though this is kind of a memorial to "Bubba" This here picture is one of your good ones. You do so look like "Uncle Bubba" and I know what is running through that "fishy" mind of yours. You have always had a special closeness to "Bubba" and we all know that. He has never come right out and said it, but lots of us think he could be your father. But, lets just keep that between us for now, OK?
